摘要
目的 :测定 30种省产天然植物中乌索酸的含量 方法 :采用HPLC法 ,色谱柱为Sym metryShieldRP18,流动相甲醇—水—磷酸 (88∶12∶0 1) ,流速 1 0ml/min ,检测波长 2 10nm ,柱温 2 5℃ 结果 :测得 30种省产天然植物中乌索酸的含量为 0 10 6～ 0 5 83% 结论 :HPLC法测定乌索酸含量灵敏、准确。
Objective:To determine the content of ursolic acid in 30 kinds of natural plants of jiangxi. Method:HPLC was carried out on a SymmetryShield RP18 column using MeOH—H 2O—H 3PO 4(88∶12∶0.1),with detection at 210nm,flow rate 1.0ml/min and column temperature 25℃.Result:The content of ursolic acid in 30 kinds of natural plants of jiangxi was 0.106～0.603%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and with good repeatability.
