摘要
目的:研究枇杷叶为原料提取乌索酸的新工艺技术.方法:采用"醇提凝析法"提取乌索酸.结果:通过理化常数测定和光谱学鉴定,确证产品为乌索酸,其纯度达99.99%,得率达3.01‰。结论:本工艺先进合理、实用可行,有利于乌索酸的富集和纯化,产品的安全性高,具备了工业试验生产高纯度乌索酸的技术条件.
Objective: To study the new extraction technology of Ursolic Acid From Eriobotrya Japonica Lindl.Methods: Adopting the method of ethanol extract and agglutination separate to extract ursolic acid. Results: The product is recognized to be ursolic acid by physicochemical contents and spectral identification, the purity is 99.99% , and the gain rate is 3.01% .Conclusion: This technology is advanced and rational, practical and feasible.It is applicable to gather and purification of ursolic acid. The product safeness is good.Technology condition is provided with industrial production ursolic acid of exceedingly pureness.
