摘要
采用HPLC法测定30种省产天然植物中乌索酸的含量,色谱柱为Symmetry Shield RP18,流动相甲醇-水-磷酸(88:12:0.1),流速1.0 mL/nin,检测波长210 nm,柱温25℃.30种省产天然植物中乌索酸的含量为0.106%～0.583%,HPLC法测定乌索酸含量灵敏、准确、重现性好.
The content of ursolic acid in 30 kinds of natural plants in Jiangxi is determined by HPLC with methanol-H_2O- H_3PO_4 (88∶12∶0.1) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and detection wavelength was at 210 nm. A Symmetry Shield RP18 column is used at 25 ℃. The content of ursolic acid in 30 kinds of natural plants in Jiangxi was 0.106%~0.583%.The method is sensitive, accurate and with good repeatability.
