摘要
针对三种不同的AlTiB细化剂中的TiB2含量和分布进行分析,探究TiB2相对细化效果的影响。结果表明:AlTiB中随TiB2含量的增加,其对工业纯铝晶粒的细化效果显著提升。TiB2的分布对细化效果有明显影响:团聚分布的TiB2有趋于远离TiAl3相的特征,细化效果较差且易衰退;非团聚分布的TiB2颗粒间相对独立,分布均匀,细化效果较好且更持久。
The distribution and content of TiB2 in three kinds of A1TiB master alloy was analyzed. The effect of T1B2 phase on the grain refinement was explored. The results show that the increase of TiB2 content can improve the grain refinement and TiB2 distribution also affects it. The TiB2 of aggregation has the features of tending away from TiAI3 phase, and it reveals a poorer grain refinement, which is easier to recession than of the unaggregated particle. The unaggregated particle is independent with each other and well-distributied, then has a good and longer grain refinement effect.
