摘要
采用金相、扫描电镜( S E M) 等试验方法,分析了奥氏体不锈钢焊接区域显微组织的变化,特别是对焊缝中δ铁素体的含量和分布形态进行了研究,为焊接生产中奥氏体钢焊接接头区的晶间腐蚀。
By employing experiment methods such as microscopic test and scanning electron microscopic test, the microstructure transform of austenite steel welded joint is analyzed, and the content of δ ferrite and its distribution form are emphatically studied. Thus, the experiment basis was provided for solving the problem of heat crack and crystal boundary corrosion of austenite steel welded joint encountered in welding production.
