摘要 本文综述了国内外晶粒细化方法的发展史及铝和铝合金晶粒细化的最新进展。对内生形核质点和添加外来形核质点细化晶粒的方法和细化效果进行了详细的比较,指出添加AlTiB中间合金晶粒细化剂是最有效的细化方法。最后阐述了最新的利用组织遗传性提高细化效果的理论及铝和铝合金自身细化理论及应用. The development history of crystal refining at home and abroad and the newprogress of reffning of Al and Al-alloy crystals are reviewed in this paper. A detailed comparison is made between the methods of crystal-refining with ondogenic nuclei-formation particlesand with external ones as well as between their effects, and shows that the addition if AlTiBintermediatc alloy crystals as refining agent is the most effective for refining. The recent theorythat refining effect is improved by using structral heredity and the thegry of self-refining ofAl and Al-alloy and its application are related.
