不同铝合金连接金具的组织与性能研究

Study on Microstructure and Properties of Different Aluminum Alloy Connecting Fittings

摘要 为了改善电力线路Q235碳钢连接金具的产品笨重、大气腐蚀和磁损耗问题,选择Al-Si、Al-Cu和Al-Mg这3种体系的铝合金材料制备碗头挂板样件,研究不同材料的显微组织和力学性能,并分析替代传统碳钢金具的可行性。结果表明,3种铝合金金具表面光洁,无内部缺陷,密度降低了65%以上,电导率23.6~29.0 MS/m,具备铝材的导电良好、耐蚀、轻质和无磁损耗优势;在力学性能方面,与Q235相比,Al-Si和Al-Mg系合金的强度、硬度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和冲击韧性均显著降低,适合承载要求较低的金具产品;Al-Cu系合金的组织由α(Al)固溶体等轴晶粒和大量弥散分布的Al2Cu相组成,抗拉强度和最大破坏载荷超过Q235金具,有希望用于高承载要求金具的产品升级。 Q235 is the material currently used for connecting fittings,and the problems of bulky products,atmospheric corrosion,and magnetic loss need to be addressed.Al-Si,Al-Cu and Al-Mg system alloys were used to prepare bowl head hanging plate samples,and their microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.The feasibility of replacing traditional carbon steel fittings was analyzed.The results show that the three types of aluminum alloy fittings have smooth surfaces,no internal defects,a density reduction of over 65%,and a conductivity of 23.6-29.0 MS/m.They have the advantages of good conductivity,corrosion resistance,lightweight,and no magnetic loss.In terms of mechanical properties,compared with Q235,the strength,hardness,yield strength,elongation at break,and impact toughness of Al-Si and Al-Mg alloys are significantly reduced,making them only suitable for connecting fittings with lower load-bearing requirements.The microstructure of Al-Cu alloy is composed of equiaxed grains ofα(Al)solid solution and a large amount of dispersed Al2Cu phase.Its tensile strength and maximum failure load exceed those of Q235 fittings,and it has the potential to be used for upgrading products with high load-bearing requirements.
