摘要
介绍了YS/T 447.1—2023《铝及铝合金晶粒细化用合金线材第1部分:铝-钛-硼合金线材》行业标准的修订背景及目的,关键指标的制定依据和评价方法。本标准纳入了超级晶粒细化剂新的产品种类,提出了晶粒细化效率的概念;对显微组织指标和检验方法进行了补充和规范,检验方法纳入了扫描电子显微镜法。
As for the industry standard YS/T 447.1-2023 Alloy Wires Used for Grain Refinement of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys-Part 1:Al-Ti-B Wires,this paper describes the background and purpose of the revision,the determination basis and the evaluation methods of the key indicators.This standard includes a new product category of OPTIFINE grain refiner and puts forward the concept of grain refinement efficiency.It supplements and standardizes the microstructure indicators and inspection methods,with scanning electron microscopy being induded as an inspection method.
