摘要
研究了挤压变形对铸态AlTi、AlTiB和AlTiC中间合金的显微组织及其细化性能的影响。变形引起铸态中间合金中的Al3Ti相断开,并使团簇状TiB2和TiC粒子趋于分散。变形使3种铸态中间合金的细化性能分别产生了不同的变化。
The influence of
extruding deformation on the microstructure and their refining performance of ascast AlTi,
AlTiB,AlTiC master alloy have been investigated.The laminar Al3Ti was broken during
extruding deformation,and agglomerative particles of TiB2 and TiC were
decentralised.Different changes of refining performance of the above three master alloys
have been observed respectively and the reason was briefly discussed.
