摘要
研究了Al-5Ti-1B和Al-3B中间合金对铸造铝合金Al-12%Si的α-Al晶粒的细化效果。结果表明,Al-3B中间合金的细化能力和抗延时衰减性能皆优于Al-5Ti-1B中间合金。分析认为,AlB2和TiB2相质点均为铸造Al-Si合金中α-Al潜在的结晶核心,而Al3Ti相易被Si原子毒化,失去作为结晶核心的作用。
The effect of α Al grain refinement of Al 12%Si cast alloy with Al 5Ti 1B and Al 3B master alloys has been studied,the results indicated that Al 3B master alloy had a stronger grain refining ability and persisted for longer time than with Al 5Ti 1B master alloy which is a excellent grain refining agent for Al 12%Si cast alloy.It has been found that AlB 2 and TiB 2 phases are potential crystallizing nuclei for α Al in Al Si cast alloys,but Al 3Ti phase is poisoned easily by Si atom and its ability to act as crystallization nuclei lost.
