摘要
研究了超声波对Al Cu合金、Al Si合金、Al Zn合金铸锭组织的影响 ,分析了超声波对铝合金铸锭细化的影响因素。结果表明 ,铝合金铸锭的细化效果随着C0 | 1 K0 |值的增加而增大。
The effect of ultrasonic on the solidification structure of aluminum alloy ingots e.g. Al-Cu alloy, (Al-Si) alloy, Al-Zn alloy was investigated. Influence factor of ultrasonic on grain refinement rate of aluminum alloy ingots is analyzed. The results revealed that the grain refinement rate tend to increase with increasing the solution contents. At the same time, it was very clear that the effect of grain refinement for the alloys were proportion to C_0|1-K_0|.
