摘要
研究了ＡｌＴｉＢ中间合金细化剂，检查了其显微组织及细化工业纯铝的性能，并与国内外ＡｌＴｉＢ中间合金细化剂进行了对比。结果表明，ＡｌＴｉＢ中间合金细化剂含有ＴｉＡｌ３，ＴｉＢ２第二相，它们形成尺寸细小、弥散分布的多相粒子团。
A AlTiB master alloy as grain refiner has been studied.Its microstructure and ability for grain refinement of commercial pure Al is examined and compared with the foreign and domestic similar products.The results show that there are TiAl 3和TiB 2 phases in AlTiB master alloy,which forms small size dispersed multi phase clusters;the grain refining ability of the AlTiB master alloy is superior to many foreign and domestic similar ones.
