摘要
采用分光光度法分析了宁夏枸杞不同组分即枸杞干果、枸杞干叶和枸杞渣中黄酮的含量,结果分别为542.50±38.40、577.50±25和371.30±5.60mg/100g。
The
flavone contents in different components of Lyciumbarbarum were determined by
spectroph-otometry method.The flavoneamounts (mg)in 100g of dried Fructus Lycii, dried folium
Lycii andresidue of Lycium barbarum were found to be 542.50 ±38.40,577.50±25.00 and 371.30
±5.60 respectively.
