宁夏枸杞叶、果柄及根皮降血糖作用的初步研究 被引量:9

摘要 探讨宁夏枸杞叶、枸杞果柄及不同产地地骨皮水煎剂对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用.其方法为制备四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型后,分别以降糖灵25 mg/(kg.d-1),枸杞叶茶5.0 g/(kg.d-1)、7.5 g/(kg.d-1),枸杞果柄5.0 g/(kg.d-1)、7.5 g/(kg.d-1),宁夏地骨皮5.0 g/(kg.d-1),河北地骨皮5.0 g/(kg.d-1),甘肃地骨皮5.0 g/(kg.d-1)灌胃,模型对照组、正常对照组灌服等量生理盐水,处理14 d后,测定小鼠空腹血糖.结果表明:给药后降糖灵、低剂量枸杞果柄、高(低)剂量枸杞叶茶、宁夏地骨皮、河北地骨皮和甘肃地骨皮治疗组血糖较给药前均有极显著降低(P<0.01),高剂量枸杞果柄治疗组小鼠血糖较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05).说明一定剂量的宁夏枸杞叶、枸杞果柄及不同产地地骨皮水煎剂对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠均有明显的降血糖作用. Objective: To investigate the effects of leaves and fruit pedicels of Lycium barbarum L. and Cortex lycii on decreasing blood glucose in alloxan induced diabetic mice. Method: alloxan induced mice diabetes mellitus models were prepared and mice were divided into eight groups. For experimental groups, mice were fed either with a watered drenched tea of Lyciumbarbarum L leaves, at concentrations of 5. 0 g/(kg·d^-1 )(low dose) or 7. 5 g/(kg·d^-1 ) (high dose), with fruit pedicels of Lycium barbarum L. at concentrations of 5. 0 g/(kg·d^-1 ) (low dose) or 7. 5 g/(kg·d^-1 ) (high dose) or fed with 5. 0 g/(kg·d^-1 ) of Cortex lycii derived from Ningxia, Hebei or Gansu. For positive control, mice were fed with phenformin at a dosage of 25 mg/kg·d^-1, and for black control, mice were fed with normal saline solution. After 14 days' treatment, blood glucose of the fasting mice was measured. Results:the blood glucose of mice in phenformin, water drenched tea of both high and low doses, low dose of fruit pedicels of Lycium barbarum L. , and Cortex lycii derived from all three producing areas were reduced significantly compared to pretreatments (P〈0. 01). High dose of fruit pedicels of Lycium barbarum L also significantly decreased blood glucose concentration compared to pretreatment (P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: both Lycium barbarum L leaf tea and fruit pedicles can reduce blood glucose levels. Cortex lycii derived from different producing areas had similar blood glucose decrease effects.
