摘要
为了了解不同产地枸杞子的品质差异,采用湿法消化原子吸收分光光度计,湿法消化原子荧光光度计和75%乙醇提取分光光度计分别测定了11个不同地区枸杞子中微量元素Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe和Se及总黄酮的含量。结果表明因产地不同枸杞中微量元素Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe和Se及总黄酮的含量有明显差异。从微量元素协同效应看,不同地区枸杞子Zn/Cu比值也存在显著差异。
In order to find out the difference in quality of Chinese wolfberry, AAS method with wet - acid digestion was used for determination Mn, Cu, Zn and Fe, atomic fluorescence spectrometric method with wetacid digestion for Se and spectrophotometric method with 75 % ethanol extraction for total flavone of Chinese wolfberry in different regions, The results presented there were the significant difference among trace elements as well as total flavone content because the place of production was different. The Zn/Cu ratio in concerned production regions showed significant difference too.
