摘要
通过测定喂养富硒枸杞和普通枸杞大鼠的血硒含量、GSH-PX活性及血清MDA含量,对比观察了富硒枸杞对大鼠脂质过氧化作用的影响。结果表明,富硒枸杞组大鼠血硒含量为1.33nmol/L,GSH-PX活性为21.7U,均明显高于普通枸杞组的0.60nmol/L和10.3U(P<0.01);而前者血清MDA含量5.05μmol/L却显著低于普通枸杞组的6.39μmol/L(P<005)。提示富硒枸杞比普通枸杞具有较高的硒营养价值和较强的抗脂质过氧化能力,是一种良好的天然抗氧化剂。
By determining the selenium contentand activities of GSH-PX in blood and contents ofMLA in serum of the rats fed with SFFL and nonSFF L,the effect of SFFL on the lipid peroxidation inrats was observed. The results showed that the content of blood selenium and the activities of GSH-PX, in SFFL group were 1. 33 nmol/L and 21. 7 U respeetively,which was significantly higher than that ofthe non-SFFL group (P <0. 01). In the non-SFFLgroup,the content of blood selenium and the activityof GSH-PX were 0. 60 nmol/L and 10. 3 U resistively. However,the content of serum MDA in SFFLgroup (5. 05 μmol/L) was sighficantly lower thanthat of non-SFFL group (6. 39 μmol/L) (P <0. 05).It suggests that SFFL PO88esses more nutritive valueof selenium and stronger ability of anti-lipid Peroxidethan non-SFFL,and is a good kind of natural antioxidant.
