摘要
用Fe(Ⅱ)-次黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶(xo)体系,研究了宁夏枸杞水提物的抗氧化活性。结果表明:宁夏枸杞具有明显的抗氧化活性,并呈剂量-效应关系,(r=0.928,P<0.01),当宁夏枸杞水提物终浓度为0.52、1.04、2.08、4.17、8.33g/L时,其硫代巴比妥酸反应物的阻断率(TBASI)分别为25.1%、33.94%、59.91%、76.79%、95.01%。同时与水溶性抗氧化剂维生素C进行比较,当终浓度为8.33g/L时,宁夏枸杞的抗氧化活性优于维生素C,(P<0.01)。从而提示,宁夏枸杞作为天然抗氧化剂,具有良好的开发前景。
The antioxidative activity of water extracts of Fructus Lycii was tested on Fe(Ⅱ)-Hypoxantine-xanthin oxidase system. The result showed that the exftracts possess high antioxidative activity and the TBASI values were positivelgy correlated with the concentration of the extracts. while the final concentration (g/L) of the extracts was in the system were 0.52,1.04, 2.08, 4.17 and 8.33, the inhibition rate were 25. 1%,33.94%,59.91%, 76. 79%and 95. 01% respectively. The antioxluative activity of the extracts was higher than that of ascorbic acid at a concenfration of 8. 33g/L. It suggests that Fructus Lycii is a good antioxiuative agant.
