摘要
应用高压液相色谱法分析宁夏枸杞(Lb)中的维生素E。结果,Lb干果、鲜果、鲜叶和籽中维生素E的含量分别为10.303~1.1.157mg.α^-.T.E./100g、1.040~1.084mg·α-T.E./100g、11.599~11.717mg.α-T.E./100g和4.843~7.824mg.α-T.E./100g。讨论了其粗脂肪与维生素E的分布特点及干果中维生素E的贮存损失。
Tocopherol contents of Lycium barbarum were determined by high pressure liquid chromatography. The amounts (mg) of alphatocopherol equivalents per 100g dried fruits, fresh fruits, leaves & seeds were found to be 10.303~11.157, 1.040~1.084, 11.599~11.717, & 4.843~7.824 respectively.
