鲜肉保鲜技术日益增多,涉及领域也日益扩大。本文详尽阐述了目前的一些保鲜技术和研究动态。
In recent years , there are more and more preserve technology of fresh - meat and its related fields . In this paper , we summarized some current preserve technology and research progress of it .
