原子吸收光谱法间接测定可质子化微量临床麻醉剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以Zn(SCN)_4^(2-)作为形成离子对的配对离子,与水相中质子化的临床麻醉剂利多卡因、的卡因和普鲁卡因共存时,在适宜条件下,以1,2-二氯乙烷萃取,它们分别以离子对型式进入有机相,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定有机相中的Zn,可以定量测定微量麻醉剂的含量。本文确立了萃取和测定的最佳实验条件,并以此法成功地测定了人血清中三种麻醉剂的含量。证实了麻醉剂以离子对型式进入有机相。 The protoned clinic anaesthetics Lidocaine, Dicaine and Procaine in water phase can form ion-pairs with inorganic complex ion Zn(SCN)_4^(2-) into the organic phase while the water phase is shaken with 1,2-dichlorethane, thus the anaesthetics can be determined indirectly by measuring Zn in 1,2-dichlorethane with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The optional experimental conditions for extraction and measuring were established. These three trace anaesthetics in human serum were determined separately. The fact was demonstrated that the anaesthetics were extracted into organic phase in forms of ion-pairs by experiment.
