摘要
文章报道了用原子吸收光谱法测定与烟酸生成沉淀的Cu2+量,间接测定烟酸含量的一种新方法.探索出烟酸在无标准品或纯品情况下的微量分析方法.这种方法在1.2~16μg/ml范围内,吸光度与浓度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,检测限为0.05μg/ml.用于烟酸片的含量测定,平均回收率为(99.2±1.1)%(n=8).
An atomic absorption spectrometry was used for the indirect determination of niacin via niacin Cu(Ⅱ) precipitate. In this method, the calibration curve was linear for niacin in the range of 1.2 μg/ml to 16 μg/ml( r =0 999 9), and the detection limit is 0 05 μg/ml. This method has been used to determine niacin in tabllae acidi nicotinici, and the mean recovery is (99 2±1 1)% ( n =8). It provides a new atomic absorption spectrometric method for the determination of niacin.
