摘要
建立了一个用原子吸收光谱法间接测定微量金雀花碱的新体系。依据是,在水相中质子化的金雀花碱与无机络阴离子Zn(SCN)_4^(2-)形成离子对,用有机溶剂1,2-二氯乙烷萃取离子对,于有机相中用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Zn,以间接测定金雀花碱的含量。确立了测定金雀花碱的最佳实验条件,并成功地测定了健康人血清中微量金雀花碱的含量,检出限为0.027ppm,变异系数为2.3%。
A new analytical method for determination of trace sparteine by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) is described. The method is based on that the sparteine in water phase can form ion-pair with inorganic complex Zn(SCN)_4^(2-), and the ion-pair can be extracted into 1,2-dichloroethane. The sparteine is determined indirectly by measuring Zn in organic phase with AAS. The optimal experimental conditions are established. This method is applied successfully to determine the trace sparteine in human serum. The determination limit is 0.027 ppm, and the coefficient of variation is 2.3%.
