摘要
近年来,原子吸收光谱法广泛地应用于药物中微量元素和有机成分的分析测定.随着样品溶解技术、悬浮液进样技术、原子捕集技术、氢化物发生技术等的应用和发展,原子吸收光谱法的性能和效率得到了显著提高.本文评述了原子吸收光谱法在药物分析中的最新进展,讨论了未来的发展趋势.引用文献65篇.
Atomic absorption spectrometry has been widely used for the determination of microelements and organic compounds in medicines and traditional Chinese medicines recently. The performances of atomic absorption spectrometry have been improved markedly with the development of sample digestion, suspension sampling, atom trapping technique and hydride generation technique. The recent progresses of atomic absorption spectrometry in pharmaceutical analysis are reviewed with 65 references. The future prospects for the development are also discussed.
