摘要
用火焰原子吸收光谱法对放射药物^(203)Pb产品中的杂质Tl进行了测定。为消除基体干扰影响,配制了标准液与样品基体相匹配。样品用异丙醚萃取,盐酸的浓度为0.6mol/l。方法简便、迅速、灵敏。可测出<0.5μg/ml的Tl,达到放射药物标准。回收率为99~105%。相对标准偏差<0.7%。
Thallium impurity in 203Pb radiopharmaceutical was analysed using flame AAS. Standard solutions and samples were prepared in similar way to eliminate the interference of matrix. The iso-propylether extraction was used for separation of Tl. This method was simple, quick and sensitive. The results showed that the content of Tl in aqueous solution down to 0.5μg/ml was detectable, which fulfiled the requirement of radiopharmaceutical standard.The recovery for the separation procedure was 99-105% with a relative standard deviation of less than 0.7%.
