摘要 INH与Ag(Ⅰ)反应,定量析出金属Ag.用原子吸收分光光度法测定Ag,从而可间接测定TNH.方法用于片剂和血清中INH的测定,结果满意. The quantitative analysis of isoniazid(INH) using atomic absorptive spectropotometry is described. Silver-ammonia complex (Tollen's reagent) was used to oxidize isoniazid. The reduced silver was separated from excess reagents, dissolved in nitric acid and determined by atomic absorptive spectrophotometry, thus the quantitation of INH was achieved. This method can be applied to determine INH in tablets and serum samples, the detection limit being 0. 29μg/mL.
