摘要
介绍了甲壳低聚糖的两类制备方法 ,化学降解法和酶降解法 ,并对甲壳低聚糖的生理活性和功能性质作了简单介绍。
This paper describes the preparation of low_molecular chitosan with the methods of chemical degradation and enzymatic degredation. Health function of low_molecular chitosan is also briefly discussed.
