摘要
探讨了在紫外光照射下H2O2氧化降解壳聚糖的情况,研究了H2O2质量分数、紫外光照射时间、壳聚糖质量分数、乙酸质量分数等因素对降解的影响.结合降解产物FT-IR光谱推测了紫外光与H2O2协同降解壳聚糖的机理.实验结果表明:紫外光照射下,用H2O2氧化降解壳聚糖是可行的,也是有效的;反应的最优条件:H2O2质量分数2.5%,乙酸质量分数1.5%,壳聚糖质量分数1%,光照时间1h.在该反应条件下,制得了粘均相对分子质量为2.8万左右的水溶性壳聚糖.
The degradation of chitosan with hydrogen peroxide under the irradiation of ultraviolet light was studied,the effect of the mass fraction of hydrogen peroxide ,chitosan, acetic acid and irradiation time on the degradation was discussed,and the optimal conditions of degradation are described. The mechanism of the degradation was discussed by FT-IR spectrum analysis. The experimental results show that chitosan can be effectively degradated with hydrogen peroxide under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, the optimum reaction condition was obtained as follows:irradiation time 1 h, the mass fraction of hydrogen peroxide, chitosan, acetic acid is 2.5%,1%,1.5%,respectively .Water-soluble chitosan with average molecular weight is 28000 was produced under the experiment condition.
