摘要
食品添加剂是食品工业的重要组成部分 ,对改善食品产品的品质起着至关重要的作用 .随着食品工业的发展 ,人们生活水平的提高 ,研究和开发天然食品添加剂已成为一种不可逆转的潮流 .综述了我国天然食品添加剂的种类和它们在食品工业方面的主要应用 ,以及我国天然食品添加剂工业的现状和研究开发的方向 .
Food additive is very important to the quality of food production.With the elevation of the people's living standard and the development of food industry,to study and develop the natural food additive has become an irreversible current.This thesis is about Chinese industry of natural food additive and its present situation and direction of development.
