摘要
用不同性能的壳聚糖制膜，通过体外降解、酶解及动物试验，研究其降解性和生物相容性。结果表明，壳聚糖是一种很有发展前景的药用天然膜材料。
Chitosan films were prepared and their biodegradable and biocompatible properties were investigated. Results suggested that chitosan is natural biodegradable film material and has good developmental prospects.
