摘要
从采自海南三亚鹿回头海域的绣球多棘软珊瑚SpongodesstuderiRidley的乙醇提取物中分离得到了 5个纯化合物 .经光谱分析及化学降解等方法确定它们的结构为 :N_正十六烷酰基_十八碳_4(E)_烯神经鞘氨酯 ,胆甾醇 ,鲨肝醇 ,胸腺嘧啶 。
Five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the soft coral Spongodes studeri Ridley, collected from the Hainan Island. By spectroscopic analysis, their structures were identified to be N-palmitoyl-octadecasphinga-4(E)-ene, cholesterol, batyl alcohol, thyamine and 4-hydroxy-phenyl-ethylamine chloride.
