摘要
在今天,大学对人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化引领四大社会职能日益凸显。由于新知识新技术的高速衍生、高等学校教学质量与教学改革工程的深化推进,以及教育目标的无边界性等多种因素,高校教师群体面临着前所未有的巨大压力与挑战。文章从以教师为本的人本理念出发,提出通过教师专业化发展与队伍建设,有效提升大学教师的职业角色归属感、职业工作效能感和职业生活幸福感,从而真正实现现代大学的绿色发展。
In modern society, the core function of a university as talents cultivation, science research, social service and culture leading is becoming more and more obvious and clearer. Many factors make teachers in university feel great pressure and challenge that they never have had before. These factors are high speed derivation of new knowledge and techniques, further deepening of teaching quality and teaching reform in university and no boundary teaching aims etc. This paper, based on teacher-oriented humanistic idea, discusses developing and constructing professional faculty, improving sense of belongingness of teacher' s professional role and sense of efficacy in work & happiness in life, and realizing green development of modem university.
