摘要
美国大学教师教学发展内涵丰富,特点鲜明。促进教学发展的组织机构多样,发展项目富有针对性,发展途径及评价和激励措施多元,经费较充足;与之相比我国对教师教学发展重视不够,缺少实体组织,注重培训而非立足发展,且内容单一,在理念、制度及组织和评价方面均与美国大学教师教学发展有差距。观念转变、评价体系改革等是完善我国大学教师教学发展急需注意的问题,这需要国家层面的政策支持、高校层面的制度保障和教师自身观念的更新协同进行。
U.S.university teachers＇ instructional development is rich in content and distinct in characteristics.Compared to the development of teaching in our universities,there are differences in philosophy,systems,organization and evaluation.What we should take seriously is changing of concepts and reforming of evaluation system,and these require supports from state,universities and teachers.
