摘要
六味地黄煎剂(1:1)po高、低剂量(20,29ml/kg)均能明显延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间;对预先给以异丙肾上腺素的小鼠,则高剂量有明显效果而低剂量无效。po 六味地黄煎剂10ml/kg(Bid)能明显降低实验性高血脂大鼠的总胆固醇(TC)和肝中脂肪含量,还能明显升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及HDL-C/TC比值,对肝、脾、肾上腺重量则无明显影响。六味地黄煎剂2,10ml/kg十二指肠给药能明显降低麻醉大鼠血压,对心电和心率无明显影响。25ml/kg十二指肠给药对麻醉大鼠心肌收缩力无明显影响。
The antihypoxia, hyperlipid and hypotensive actions of Liuwei Dihuang decoction (LD) were studied. The results showed that oral dose of 20, 29ml/kg of LD could antagonize hypoxia in mice significantly. At higher dose (29ml/kg, po)LD also had antihypoxic action in mice with the pretrcatment of isoporoterenol. At a oral dose (10ml/kg, Bid)LD decreased total cholesterol (TC) levels of the experimental hyperlipidemic rats, and increased high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). HDL-C/TC was significantly elevated. LD showed no effect on the weight of spleen, adrenal gland and liver, but decreased the fats in the liver. LD (2,10ml/kg) via duodenal to anesthetized rats produced a decrease of mean aterial pressure, but had no effect on heart rate and ECG. At 2,ě 5ml/kg LD had no effect on myocardial contractility.
