摘要
目的 观察杞菊地黄丸对家兔实验性高脂血症及主动脉粥样硬化的影响 方法将新西兰家兔制成高脂模型,分成高脂对照组及杞菊地黄丸治疗组,观察高脂对照组及杞菊地黄丸组的血清甘油三酯、胆固醇、脂蛋白各组分胆固醇含量及主动脉粥样硬化指数。结果杞菊地黄丸能降低家兔实验性高脂血症血清TG、TC、LDLc、VLDLc含量(P<0.001),促进主动脉粥样硬化斑块的消退。结论杞菊地黄丸具有较好的防治高脂血症和消退主动脉粥样硬化斑块的作用。
Objective To observed the influence of the QJDHP on experimental hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis in the long - term cholesterol - fed rabbits. Methods Thirty - six rabbits were divided into 2 groups, including 1 control group in which these rabbits were given cholesterol and 1 observation group in which these rabbits were given cholesterol plus QJDHP. The levels of serum TG,TC,LDLc,VIDLc were observed. Results The result indicate that the QJDP significantly lowered the levels of serum TG,TC,LDLc,VIDLc The QJDHP could delay the developing of Atheromatous plaque of aorta and promote their melting. Conclusion QJDHP can lower the levels of serum lipid and promote the melting of Atheromatous plaque of aorta.
