摘要
通过原辅材料的合理配制和功能聚丙烯、抗老化剂等的有效复配与调节,研制出聚丙烯保险杠专用料。该专用料综合力学性能优良,缺口冲击不断裂,前后保险杠专用料断裂伸长率达499%,23℃弯曲强度达28.1MPa,漆膜附着力达1级,150℃耐老化时间大于250h,佛罗里达1年曝晒结果良好,制品表面质量好,满足了保险杠性能要求。
A kind of speciality polypropylene (PP) resin for bumper was developed via rational preparation of raw and auxiliary materials and effective compounding and adjustment with functionalized PP and anti-aging agent. The speciality resin has superior comprehensive mechanical property, and does not rupture under the notched Izod impact experiment. The speciality PP resin for front and rear bumpers have the features of elongation at break of 499%, bending strength 28.1 MPa at 23°C, adhesion of pain coating of 1st grade, anti-aging time longer than 250 hours at 150°C and good resistance to weathering under insolating in Florida for a whole year. The surface of the articles made from the speciality PP resin has high quality and satisfy the performance requirements of automobile bumper.
