摘要
研究了 β晶型成核剂用量对共聚丙烯EPF30R力学性能等的影响。结果表明 :加入少量 β晶型成核剂可使α晶型聚丙烯转变为 β晶型聚丙烯 ,较大幅度地提高了冲击性能。将 β晶型成核剂增韧改性的聚丙烯用于汽车蓄电池外壳的制造 。
s The influence of β nucleator contents on the mechanical properties of PP copolymer EPF30R was studied in this paper.The results showed that α crystalline form PP was transformed to β crystalline form PP and the impact strength of PP was raised by adding small amount of β nucleator to PP.The prepared PP was used to the manufacture of battery cases,having good results.
