摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二元醇(N210)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)等为原料,采用种子乳液聚合法制备了水性丙烯酸酯聚氨酯(PUA)乳液。探讨了异氰酸根指数R,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)等用量以及中和度对PUA乳液及其漆膜性能的影响,获得了PUA乳液的最佳合成条件:R=1.3,DMPA添加量为PU质量的6%,TMP和MMA的添加量分别为PUA质量的1%和30%,中和度为90%~100%。红外光谱分析表明,成功合成了PUA乳液。在优化条件下制备的乳液外观呈蓝色半透明状,平均粒径71.89nm,黏度为66.13mPa·s,具有较好的稳定性。以该乳液制备的漆膜附着力1级,硬度H,吸水率13.84%,具有较好的耐醇性。
A waterborne acrylate polyurethane (PUA) emulsion was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization from isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polyether diol (N210), and methyl methacrylate (MMA), as evidenced by infrared spectroscopic analysis. The influence of isocyanate index R [n (--NCO) /n (--OH)], dosages of dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), trimethylolpropane (TMP) and methyl methacrylate (MMA), and neutralization degree on properties of the PUA emulsion and its film was studied. The optimal synthesis conditions of PUA emulsion were obtained as follows: R = 1.3, amount of DMPA 6% by mass of PU, dosages of TMP and MMA 1% and 30% by mass of PUA, respectively, and neutralization degree 90%-100%. The emulsion prepared under the optimal conditions is blue and translucent with an average particle size of 71.89 nrn and viscosity of 66.13 mPa.s and good stability. The coating prepared from the emulsion has good alcohol resistance, 1-grade adhesion strength,hardness H, and water absorption rate 13.84%.
