摘要
论述了用酞酸酯处理后的滑石粉及PP经双螺杆挤出机生产SANIANA轿车专用料PP8的生产工艺,研究了挤出工艺、偶联剂、抗氧系统的选择对PP8性能的影响,同时还初步探讨了PP8的成型加工工艺。试验表明,PP8完全可以替代进口材料。
This paper describes the production technology for PP8 which is produced with PP and talc
treated with titanate by twin screw extruder. The influence of selection of extruder, coupling
agent and antioxidant system on PP8 properties was studied, the processing technology for PP8
was also discussed. The experiment shows that it is applicable to use PP8 as a substitute for im-
ported materials.
