摘要
采用共聚聚丙烯为基础树脂,POE为增韧剂,滑石粉为填料制得性能符合要求的汽车仪表盘专用料。研究了POE和填料的添加量对共混材料性能的影响。结果表明,与EPDM相比,POE使共混体系的冲击韧性提高最大,而弯曲弹性模量、拉伸强度和流动性降低最小。滑石粉的加入能提高共混材料的弹性模量,且对流动性影响较小。因此,选择适当用量的POE和滑石粉,可制得各项性能俱佳的汽车仪表盘专用料。
The properties of PP modified by POE were studied. The effect of POK on the properties, thermal performance and rheo-logical properties were discussed. The results showed the properties of PP modifed by POE were better that those of modified by EPDM. Good toughness, rigidity and flowability could be got by using the proper quantity of POE and talc.
