摘要
针对某型汽车前照灯外形、位置、体积等要求 ,采用CAD/CAE/CAM进行设计 ,由 (丙烯腈 /丁二烯 /苯乙烯 )共聚物 (ABS)注射成型 ,制备了ABS汽车前照灯多曲面反射器。该汽车前照灯的配光镜上没有透镜 ,配光完全由反射器的反射面来完成 ,其反射面由一组复杂的自由曲面组成 ,光场的分布完全由反射面来控制。实际测试和应用表明 ,该产品满足汽车前照灯在造型、强度、光学等方面的要求 。
A multi surface reflector of ABS for automobile headlight was developed. It was based on the requirements of shape, situation and volume of a certain automobile headlight, and it was designed by CAD/CAE/CAM and made of ABS through injection molding. There was no lens in the light distribution mirror. The light distribution was done by the reflecting surface which was composed of a set of complicated free form surface. The distribution of optical field was completely controlled by the reflecting surface. The practical testing and application results showed that the product was suited for the requirement of mould, intensity and optics for automobile headlight. And the cost and production efficiency were superior to those of metal reflector.
