摘要
以均聚聚丙烯(PP)/共聚PP为基体树脂,通过与聚烯烃弹性体(POE)、滑石粉及其它助剂的共混改性,制得改性PP方椅专用料。讨论了基体树脂的配制及POE、滑石粉含量对共混体系性能的影响,确定了改性PP方椅专用料的配方。用该专用料生产的方椅具有强度高、韧性好、耐老化、耐腐蚀、尺寸稳定、表面光亮等优点,现已批量生产。
The special compound for modified PP armchair was made by means of blending. PP was modified with co-polypropylene(PP) , poly (octene-ethylene) (POE) , talc and other additives. The PP armchair produced by this special compound has a good impact resistance, high strength, good ageing resistance, good corrosion resistance and dimensional stability and good lighteness.
