摘要
以不同品种的橡胶并用改性PP,并加入第三组分、增强剂和复合抗氧剂等,可进一步改善PP的低温耐冲击性、刚性和热变形温度。探讨了PP的MFR,以及挤出共混工艺对专用料性能的影响。研究结果表明,PP风扇专用料的主要性能达到或接近于国外同类产品的技术指标。
The impact resistance at low temperature,rigidity and thermal deformation temperature of PP can be further improved with the combination of various kinds of rubber-modified PP and the addition of the third component .reinforcement .complexed antioxidant and so on. The influence of MFR of PP and mixing technology on the properties of the special material is discussed. The result shows that the main properties of the special material PP for fan reach or approach the product specification of the same kind at home.
