大蒜多糖对大骨鸡生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of garlic polysaccharides on growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity in Dagu chickens

摘要 试验旨在探究饲粮中添加大蒜多糖对大骨鸡生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响。选取1日龄健康雄性大骨鸡240只,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复20只。对照组(A组)饲喂基础饲粮,B组、C组和D组分别在基础饲粮中添加1.0、1.5和2.0 g/kg大蒜多糖。试验期63 d。结果显示,1~42 d,各添加组42日龄体重显著高于A组(P<0.05),C组平均日增重显著高于A组(P<0.05);43~63 d,C组63日龄体重、平均日增重及平均日采食量均显著高于A组(P<0.05);1~63 d,C组和D组料重比显著低于A组(P<0.05)。各添加组脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。C组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量均显著高于A组(P<0.05);各添加组干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。各添加组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均显著高于A组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于A组(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加适量的大蒜多糖可有效改善大骨鸡的生长性能,增强免疫功能及抗氧化能力,适宜添加量为1.5 g/kg。 This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with garlic polysaccharides on the growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of Dagu chickens.A total of 240 healthy one-day-old male Dagu chickens were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and 20 chickens per replicate.The control group(group A)was fed a basal diet,while groups B,C,and D were supplemented with 1.0,1.5,and 2.0 g/kg garlic polysaccharides in the basal diet,respectively.The test period lasted for 63 days.The results showed that from days 1 to 42,the 42-day-old body weight of all supplementation groups was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05),and the average daily weight gain of group C was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).From days 43 to 63,the 63-day-old body weight,average daily weight gain,and average daily feed intake of group C were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).From days 1 to 63,the feed-to-gain ratio of groups C and D was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The spleen index,thymus index,and bursa of Fabricius index of all supplementation groups were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),interleukin-1(IL-1)and interleukin-2(IL-2)concentrations of group C were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)concentrations of all supplementation groups were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and the activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in all supplementation groups were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05),while the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The study indicates that dietary supplementation with an appropriate amount of garlic polysaccharides can effectively improve the growth performance,enhance immune function,and antioxidant capacity of Dagu chickens,and the suitable addition ratio is 1.5 g/kg.
