摘要
文章旨在研究复合低聚糖对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能及消化酶活性的影响。选取1日龄白羽肉鸡320只,随机分为4组,每组80只。各组分别饲喂基础日粮+0 mg/kg(CON组)、400 mg/kg(T1组)、800 mg/kg(T2组)、1200 mg/kg(T3组)复合低聚糖。试验为期42 d。结果显示,(1)T1组和T2组22~42日龄平均日采食量、平均日增重以及42日龄体重、1~42日龄平均日采食量、平均日增重显著高于CON组和T3组(P<0.05)。(2)T3组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著低于CON、T1组和T2组(P<0.05),且白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著高于CON组、T1组和T2组(P<0.05)。(3)T1组和T2组胰腺淀粉酶、空肠食糜淀粉酶活性显著高于CON组和T3组(P<0.05)。T3组胰腺胰蛋白酶、空肠食糜胰蛋白酶活性显著低于CON组、T1组和T2组(P<0.05)。综上所述,基础日粮添加适当水平复合低聚糖有利于提高肉鸡生长性能和消化酶活性。但过量添加复合低聚糖易对肉鸡免疫功能和消化酶活性产生负面影响。因此,肉鸡基础日粮中复合低聚糖的建议添加量为400~800 mg/kg。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of complex oligosaccharides on the growth performance,immune function,and digestive enzyme activity of broilers.Select 3201-day-old white feathered broiler chickens and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 80 chickens in each group.Each group was fed with basic diet+0 mg/kg(CON group),400 mg/kg(T1 group),800 mg/kg(T2 group),and 1200 mg/kg(T3 group)of complex oligosaccharides.The experimental period lasted for 42 days.The rResults showed that:(1)The 22~42 d ADFI and ADG of T1 and T2 groups,as well as the 42d body weight,1~42 d ADFI and ADG,were significantly higher than CON group and T3 Group(P<0.05).(2)The IgG of the T3 Group was significantly lower than CON group,T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05),while the IL-6 and TNF-αof T3 Group were significantly higher than CON group,T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05).(3)The pancreatic amylase and jejunal chyme amylase of theT1 and T2 groups were significantly higher than the CON group and T3 Group(P<0.05).The pancreatic trypsin and jejunal chyme trypsin of T3 Group were significantly lower than CON group,T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding an appropriate level of complex oligosaccharides to the basal diet is beneficial for improving the growth performance and digestive enzyme activity of broilers.However,excessive complex oligosaccharides tend to have negative effects on the immune function and digestive enzyme activity of broilers.Therefore,the recommended addition amount of complex oligosaccharides in the basal diet of broilers is 400 mg/kg to 800 mg/kg.
