BT肽对舟曲从岭藏鸡生长性能与免疫功能的影响

Effect of BT Peptide on Growth Performance and Immune Function of Zhouqu Congling Tibetan Chickens

摘要 试验旨在研究BT肽对舟曲从岭藏鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响。选取960只1日龄体重相近、健康的舟曲从岭藏鸡,随机分为两组,每组6个重复,每个重复80只鸡。两组饲喂相同基础饲粮,对照组在1日龄颈皮下注射头孢噻呋钠,1~3日龄连续3 d饮用克毒素。试验组从1日龄起,每隔10 d在日常饮水中添加1次BT肽,试验期为56 d。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,试验组1~28日龄的料重比(F/G)和平均日采食量(ADFI)显著提高(P<0.05);28~56日龄的平均日增重(ADG)显著提高(P<0.05);从全期结果来看,两组生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,试验组鸡只肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05),总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和CAT、GSH-Px活性均显著降低(P<0.05);空肠黏膜SOD、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量均显著升高(P<0.05),CAT活性和T-AOC显著降低(P<0.05)。(3)试验组鸡只血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、溶菌酶(Lysozyme,LZM)、补体C3和C4含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)试验组鸡只空肠黏膜白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,与注射抗生素相比,饮水添加BT肽能有效促进舟曲从岭藏鸡采食与生长,提升机体抗氧化能力,增强黏膜免疫水平和血液免疫水平,起到替代抗生素的效果。 The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of BT peptide on growth performance,antioxi⁃dant capacity and immunity function of Zhouqu Congling Tibetan chickens.Nine hundred and sixty healthy Zhouqu Congling Tibetan chickens with similar body weight at 1 day old were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with six replicates in each group and 80 chickens in each replicate.Both groups were fed the same basal ration,and the control group received subcutaneous injection of ceftiofur sodium in the neck at the age of 1 day,and drink⁃ing ketoxin for 3 consecutive days from the age of 1 to 3 days.In the experimental group,BT pep⁃tide was added to the daily drinking water every 10 days from day 1,and the test period was 56 days.The results showed as follows:①compared with the control group,the feed to weight ratio(F/G)and average daily feed intake(ADFI)of the experimental group at 1-28 days old were significantly increased(P<0.05);the average daily gain(ADG)of the experimental group at 28-56 days old was signifi⁃cantly increased(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in growth performance between the two groups from the results of the whole period(P>0.05).②Compared with the control group,liver catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activities of chickens in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05),and malondialdehyde(MDA)levels decreased significantly(P<0.05).In addition,serum SOD activity increased significantly(P<0.05)and CAT,GSH-Px levels and T-AOC activities decreased significantly(P<0.05);jejunal mucosa SOD,GSH-Px and MDA levels increased signifi⁃cantly(P<0.05),CAT levels and T-AOC activities decreased significantly(P<0.05).③Immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),lysozyme,complement C3 and C4 contents of jeju⁃nal mucosa of chickens in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).④The serum levels of interleukin 2(IL-2),interleukin 6(IL-6),secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)were significantly higher in chickens in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).In summary,compared with the injection of antibiotics,the addition of BT peptide to drinking water could effectively promote the feed intake and growth of Zhouqu Congling Tibetan chickens,enhance the antioxidant capacity of the organism,enhance the mucosal immunity level and blood immunity level,and play a role in replacing the effect of antibiotics.
