摘要
文章旨在探讨不同水平的复合益生菌制剂对沙门菌感染珍珠鸡生长性能、器官免疫功能及肠道菌群的影响,试验选择7日龄体重相近的珍珠鸡200只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只,分别为对照组(1组)、沙门菌感染组(2组)、0.5%(3组)、1.0%(4组)复合益生菌添加组,在试验第7天,试验2、3、4组每只珍珠鸡腹腔注射1 mL浓度为1.0×10^(6) CFU/mL的沙门菌,试验1组给予等量的生理盐水,试验为期28 d。结果显示,(1)与2组相比,试验3、4组珍珠鸡的平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05),试验3、4组珍珠鸡的料重比、死亡率均显著降低(P<0.05);(2)与2组相比,试验3、4组珍珠鸡血清中的免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著升高(P<0.05),试验3、4组珍珠鸡血清中的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量显著降低(P<0.05);(3)与2组相比,试验3、4组珍珠鸡肠道中的沙门菌含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验1、3、4组珍珠鸡肠道中的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,复合益生菌可以提高感染沙门菌珍珠鸡的生长性能和免疫机能,改善肠道菌群结构,以1.0%添加量较适宜。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of compound probiotic preparations on the growth performance,organ immune function,and intestinal flora of salmonella-infected guinea fowls,this experiment randomly divided 200 guinea fowls,which were 7 days old and had similar body weights,into four groups.Each group had five replicates,with 10 birds in each replicate.The groups were designated as the control group(Group 1),salmonella infection group(Group 2),0.5%(Group 3),and 1.0%(Group 4)compound probiotic supplementation groups.On day 7 of the experiment,each guinea fowl in Groups 2,3,and 4 was intraperitoneally injected with 1 mL of Salmonella at a concentration of 1.0×10^(6) CFU/mL.Group 1 received an equal amount of saline.The experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared to Group 2,the average daily weight gain of guinea fowls in Groups 1,3,and 4 was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the feed-to-gain ratio and mortality rate of guinea fowls in Groups 1,3,and 4 were significantly lower(P<0.05);(2)Compared to Group 2,the levels of IgG and IL-2 in the serum of guinea fowls in Groups 3 and 4 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the level of TNF-αin the serum of guinea fowls in Groups 3 and 4 was significantly decreased(P<0.05);(3)Compared to Group 2,the Salmonella content in the intestines of guinea fowls in Groups 3and 4 was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the contents of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in the intestines of guinea fowls in Groups 1,3,and 4 were significantly increased(P<0.05).In summary,compound probiotics can improve the growth performance and immune function of salmonella-infected guinea fowls and alter the intestinal flora structure,with a 1.0%supplementation being more suitable.
