摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出桑螵蛸:功效主要为固精缩尿,补肾助阳。症靶为遗尿、尿频、遗精、早泄。标靶为夜尿症、蛋白尿。现代药理研究发现桑螵蛸及其有效成分具有抗利尿、调节免疫、抗自由基活性、抗疲劳、抑菌、降低血糖等作用。本品无毒,但阴虚火旺或膀胱有热者应慎服,桑螵蛸畏旋覆花,用药配伍时应注意。临床常用剂量为5~60 g。
Through the investigation of ancient books,and the combing of modern research progress of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the clinical field of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is speculated that mantis egg-case has the following characteristics:Its main effects feature securing essence and reducing urination,invigorating the kidney and activating yang.Its symptom targets involve enuresis,frequent micturition,spermatorrhea,premature ejaculation,while its biochemical indicator targets include nocturia and proteinuria.Modern pharmacology has found that mantis egg-case and its active ingredients play roles in antidiuresis,immune regulation,anti-free radical activity,anti-fatigue,antibacteria,reducing blood glucose,etc.It is non-toxic,but should also be taken with caution for people with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency or bladder heat.Mantis egg-case is incompatible with inula flower,so they should not be combined in prescriptions.Its commonly used clinical dosage is 5-60 g.
