摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出人参:功效主要为大补元气,复脉固脱,补脾益肺,生津养血,安神益智。症靶为气虚欲脱、虚损乏力、阳痿宫冷、抑郁状态、心悸、胸闷。标靶为低血压、低血红蛋白。现代药理研究发现人参及其有效成分具有抗休克、抗疲劳、抗衰老、防治卵巢早衰、抗抑郁、治疗冠心病、促进骨髓造血、调节免疫等作用。人参不宜与藜芦、五灵脂、莱菔子同用。临床常用剂量为3~50 g。
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that ginseng mainly has the effects of greatly replenishing primordial qi,restoring pulse and securing collapse,tonifying the spleen and benefiting the lungs,generating fluids and nourishing blood,calming the spirit and enhancing intelligence.The symptom targets are severe deficiency of qi with impending collapse,deficiency-consumption fatigue,impotence and uterine coldness,depression,palpitation,and chest tightness.The biochemical indicator targets are hypotension and low hemoglobin.Modern pharmacological studies have found that ginseng and its active ingredients have effects of anti-shock,anti-fatigue,anti-aging,prevention and treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency,anti-depression,treatment of coronary heart disease,promotion of marrow hematopoiesis,and immune regulation.Ginseng should not be used with Veratrum,Wulingzhi and Raphani semen.The commonly used clinical dosage is 3-50 g.
