摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出滑石:主要功效为利尿通淋、清热解暑、收湿敛疮。症靶为小便不利、发热、湿疹。标靶为高尿白细胞。现代药理研究发现,滑石及其有效成分有抑菌、抗炎、清热降温、利尿消肿、保护皮肤、胃肠道黏膜、改善肝损伤以及清除体内毒素等作用。滑石无毒,但脾虚、热病伤津及孕妇忌用。临床常用剂量为10~30 g。
Through the investigation of ancient books,and the combing of modern research progress of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the clinical feld of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that talc has the following characteristics:Its main functions include promoting diuresis and freeing strangury,clearing away summer-heat,eliminating dampness and astringing sores.Its symptom targets are dysuria,fever,eczema and urinary tract infection,while its biochemical indicator target feature high urine leucocyte.Modern pharmacological studies have found that talc and its active ingredients have effects such as anti-bacteria,anti-inflammation,clearing heat and cooling,promoting diuresis and relieving swelling,protecting the skin and gastrointestinal mucosa,improving liver damage,as well as removing toxins in the body.Talc is non-toxic,yet it is contraindicated for those with spleen deficiency,fluid impairment due to exuberant heat,and in pregnancy.Its commonly used clinical dosage is 10-30 g.
