摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出白芷:功效主要为解表散寒,祛风止痛,宣通鼻窍,燥湿止带,消肿排脓。症靶为头痛,鼻塞流涕,疮疡肿痛。现代药理研究发现白芷及其有效成分具有镇痛抗炎、免疫调节、抗氧化等作用。本品无毒,但辛香温燥,阴虚血热者忌服。临床使用剂量为3~50 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索白芷用量与症靶的量效关系构建。
Through the investigation of ancient literature and the sorting of modern research achievements in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in the clinical and pharmaceuticalfields of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that dahurian angelica root mainly has the following characteristics:Its main effects feature dispelling cold to relieve superficies syndromes,dispelling wind and relieving pain,unblocking nasal passages,drying dampness and arresting leucorrhea,subduing swellings and expelling pus.The symptom targets of dahurian angelica root involve head pain,nasal congestion and runny nose,sores and swellings,etc.The modern pharmacology research has found that dahurian angelica root and its effective components play roles in analgesia and anti-inflammation,immunomodulation,antioxidation,etc.Though non-toxic,the herb is pungent,warm and dry,so patients with syndromes of yin deficiency and heat in blood should not take it.Its clinical dosage range is 3-50 g.When taken orally,it should be used according to different diseases,or different stages of the same disease.The dose-effect relationship should be actively explored and constructed between the dosage of dahurian angelica root and its symptom targets.
